Subscription Terms & Conditions

• When purchasing an Open Subscription, seats will be assigned based on availability for each concert. If reservations are made in advance, the orchestra's box office will make every effort to provide the same seats for each concert.
• Seat reservations for Open Subscriptions can be made through the orchestra's box office or by logging into your personal account on the orchestra's website.
• Open Subscriptions may be redeemed for most Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra concerts, with the exception of external productions, which will be clearly indicated on the orchestra's website.
• Some special concerts may require an additional payment when redeeming a ticket from an Open Subscription.
• Subscription tickets may be cancelled until 1:00 PM on the day of the concert.
• The subscription is valid for one season only, from September through the end of the following August. In exceptional cases, the subscription validity may be extended until the end of the calendar year of the subscription season, subject to approval by the orchestra's box office.
• A subscription order may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided that the subscription has not been used and/or none of the concerts included in the subscription have taken place. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
