*The Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra reserves the right to make changes to the concert programs and/or dates. Should any changes occur, subscribers will be notified via WhatsApp or SMS.

Subscription Terms:

• When purchasing a subscription to the series, one fixed seat will be reserved for all concerts in the series for each subscription purchased, provided that the subscription is purchased during the initial subscription sales period defined by the orchestra. After this period, seats will be assigned subject to availability.
• Seats will be reserved according to the type of subscription purchased, either in the stalls or the balcony. In the event of a ticket exchange, seats in the stalls will be assigned subject to availability.
• Up to 4 tickets included in the subscription may be exchanged for tickets to concerts outside the series, excluding special productions for which subscriptions cannot be redeemed.
• Tickets included in a subscription may be cancelled until 1:00 PM on the day of the concert.
• The subscription is valid for one season, from September through the end of the following August. In exceptional cases, and subject to the approval of the orchestra’s box office, the subscription may be extended until the end of the calendar year of the subscription season.
• A subscription order may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided that the subscription has not been used and/or the concerts included in the subscription have not yet taken place. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
